This popular brewery in Shorewood, IL is known for its amazing concoctions and the head brewer's beard.  Seriously, both are amazing.  The brewery started because of a love of craft beer.  The brewery opened in late 2017 to great crowds, selling out of beer.  Will County Brewing immediately expanded, which allowed them to make more beer - as well as come up with even more great recipes.
